What I learned

I picked this assignment because it allowed me to combine my interest in mental health with my skills in marketing and communication. I was proud of this work because I created an e-portfolio on “Accessible Mental Health,” which focused on making mental health resources more available and easier to understand. This project was something new for me, and it challenged me to think creatively about how to present important information in a clear and engaging way. I spent time researching and organizing my ideas to make sure the message was meaningful and easy to follow. Overall, this assignment was important to me because it helped me build skills in communication, design, and awareness of mental health issues that will be useful in my future career.
