It focuses on analyzing the financial performance of a healthcare organization using ratio analysis to better understand its financial health and operational efficiency.
What I learned
I chose this assignment because it gave me the opportunity to apply what I learned in PBHL-H 352: Health Finance and Budgeting to a real healthcare organization. I was proud of this project because it helped me better understand how financial ratios are used to evaluate a hospital’s performance and overall financial health. It was also challenging, which made me spend more time analyzing the data and making sure our conclusions were accurate. Working on this project helped me strengthen my teamwork, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills. Overall, this assignment was important to me because it gave me hands-on experience with healthcare finance that will be useful in my future career.
